Mango, avocado & smoked chicken salad served
on a bed of baby leaves

Chilli, coriander & lime marinated, tiger prawns served with lime crema on rocket leaves

Followed by:

Chicken roulade filled with rocket pesto served
with lime and tarragon sauce on a bed of crushed potatoes accompanied by whole green beans & basil tossed carrots

And for dessert:

We have a selection of menus to cater for funeral lunches or teas. Finger buffet menus start from £6.50 per head or you could choose a fork buffet from £12 per head or of course we can tailor make a menu to your requirements.
