Your menu – your venue

While we offer set menus we are happy to design menus to accommodate the needs of our clients. As we make everything ourselves seasoning, marinades and flavours can all be adjusted to suit personal tastes. We cater successfully in many different venues.

Our food

We use local seasonal produce as available. We cater for vegetarian diets and allergies including gluten free.

We pride ourselves in keeping up to date with all the latest ideas when it comes to presenting food and drink. Styles of food are constantly evolving and so are we!

We are a small operation in terms of staff and overheads and are therefore able to offer very competitive prices.

Meetings and tastings

We offer a free consultation which our clients find very helpful for their planning process. With our many years of experience we can advise on all aspects of the catering for your wedding, party, BBQ or buffet. We are so confident that you will like our food that we’ll let you sample several dishes for a very small charge before you make any commitment to hire us for your event.

3 course seated wedding menu

To start:-


Capri salad bruschetta (v)

Light creamy buffalo mozzarella, sliced beef tomato, fresh basil and marinated olives on a garlic bruschetta served with fresh rocket drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and finished with cracked black pepper

Prosciutto wrapped chicken and leek terrine

Chicken breast layered with leeks and wild mushrooms flecked with summer herbs on a dressed leaf salad served with baby artisan rolls

Thai seared prawn salad

Freshwater prawns marinated with garlic and lemongrass seared on the griddle and tossed with a salad of Chinese leaf, spring onions, baby tomatoes and peppers finished with lime and sweet chilli dressing

Sicilian arancini (v)

Golden crumbed risotto balls filled with buffalo mozzarella served with a spiced tomato and basil dip

Followed by:-


Supreme of chicken wrapped in wood smoked bacon

Filled with a stuffing of Lincolnshire sausage meat, fresh herbs and shallots served with red wine jus

Beef in rioja

Locally sourced beef steak marinated and cooked in Rioja red wine and fresh herbs, slow braised for 4 hours until meltingly tender

Fillet of scottish salmon on a chorizo and pea fricasee

Smoky chorizo adds bags of flavour to this dish- finished with warm lemon and chive dressing

Rosemary and garlic infused rump of lamb

Served on a bed of honey glazed Chantenay carrots and minted crushed peas and broad beans drizzled with a light lamb jus

All dishes served with a selection of seasonal vegetables

And for dessert:-


Lemon posset

A classic favourite served in a Martini glass finished with a layer of real raspberry jelly topped with a fresh raspberry and a heart shaped lemon shortbread biscuit

Chocolate profiterole cheesecake

It’s a cheesecake (tick), it’s got booze in it (tick) and it looks and tastes fantastic (double tick)!!


 Vanilla pannacotta with rhubarb and raspberry compote

served in a Martini glass with a homemade heart shaped  shortbread biscuit


Salted caramel chocolate pots

Rich chocolate mousse layered with salted caramel sauce served with chocolate straws
