planning of your event with the menu choice, staffing, table laying and hire
of equipment.

Many years of experience catering in a variety of different venues from village halls to tipis serving sharing platters to 3 course seated meals has proved that with advanced planning anything is possible!

With our attention to detail, organisation and friendly caring approach we can be as involved in your event as you would like us to be.

Our menus are constantly being developed to stay on trend using fresh locally sourced produce which is then beautifully presented to enhance the high quality of the ingredients.

We can cater for most diets including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.

Children can be catered for as part of your event having either a small portion of the meal charged at half the price or from our children’s menu.

Our staff team are well trained and professional with a smart appearance. We offer a high standard of service which can include the serving of welcome drinks and canapés, the pouring of a celebration toast, buffet or table service, setting up and serving evening food and we do not charge corkage!


How it works

Once we have the details of your event we will devise a menu based on the information that you have provided and if required a quote for staffing and hire of crockery, cutlery, table linen and glassware.

We can then meet with you at your home, office or at the venue at a time to suit you. This is an opportunity to discuss the menu and the running order of the day in more detail.

We can guide you through menu choices and the planning process.

A visit to the venue or site can help us establish what facilities are available. We can look at access, the power and water supply and parking for our vehicles.

We can offer a drop off service to your event or our staff can help co-ordinate your day. We can obtain a written quote outlining all prices for the hire of tables, chairs, linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen equipment, refrigeration and BBQs.

We can be involved in your special event as much as you need us to be.

Bon Viveur Catering is Environmental Health checked, registered and has a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating Awarded by AVDC. We are also fully insured.
