Smoked salmon blinis: oak smoked salmon, lemon and dill, lump fish caviar, rocket

Caprese salad bruschetta: mozzarella, vine tomato, fresh basil on garlic bruschetta with rocket and marinated olives

Treating your guests to a BBQ at your wedding is a great way to informally host a wedding reception. Our fabulous selection of BBQ foods served hot from the grill are complemented by your choice of seasonal salads, sauces and breads.

Platters of hot barbecued foods can be served to the tables with sharing bowls of salads for guests to serve themselves or from a buffet table assisted by our team of staff.

Evening Food

Sausages hot from the BBQ served in rolls or bread with a selection of sauces or our homemade burgers or bacon rolls are a great way to provide your guests with a welcome hot bite during the evening’s celebrations.

Street Food

Spicy marinated meats and vegetables served in pittas, flatbreads and wraps offer your guests an on trend light meal while they dance the night away.

Parties and Celebrations

A BBQ provides maximum flexibility for a party or celebration. Whether hosted in your own garden at home or at a venue, hall or marquee.

Our menu offers the choice of a full main meal with salads, breads, sauces and desserts or a simpler menu of perhaps sausages, homemade burgers and chicken served in rolls or artisan breads.

We marinate all our meats using fresh ingredients with emphasis on flavour.

Both menus can be served hot from the grill on sharing platters to tables for guests to serve themselves or buffet style where you can be assisted by our team of staff.
